Reason for your ban (exactly what it says when you try to log in!): "beacon and beacon base theft"

Who banned you: Esptree

Why should you be unbanned (Why should we give you a second chance?): I do not deny what i did. I did steal a beacon as well as the base. However, i thought that it was not disallowed to steal stuff that was not claimed. This because i thought that is why the claim kit exists. I would normally not steal from someone regardless but the base was already raided. I asked my friend to reread me the rules from when you first join the server. I now reliase that no type of stealing is allowed but that is not how i first interpreted it. I do have some issues when it comes to that stuff (mods/admin may message me on discord (LavaLagunaLuna) if you have questions regarding this). I would never have stolen the beacon and its base (i also stole a crafting table, sorry about that) if i knew it was against the rules. If i manage to get the mercy of the mods and get unbanned i promise i will never steal again (not even a crafting table). Now when i reliase that no type of stealing is allowed i understand why i was banned. I would like to get unbanned and i would suggest if you could remove all my stuff/progress (pls let me keep my claim checking stick) as i do not want any traces of the stealing i did when i thought it was allowed.

Why do you want to come back: Hometown smp made it feel like i could just exist in peace without feeling lonely. It was the perfect amount of people to be fun without being overwhelming wich i often experience. (also there was this amazing person who taught me minecraft arcitecture (thank you so much Angrypapapug))

Why should you be unbanned (Why should we give you a second chance?): TheDutyPaid, if you are reading this, I hope you remember me, I've taken some time going onto other servers, and saw what it had accomplished without the use of X-ray. It was a place where everyone worked together with everyone, providing shelter and help from all. And guess what, I saw that same server standard on this server, as I saw all thrive. Using X-ray to me feels like giving a dog a challenge to find a bone to chew on out in the wild, and to hunt down a wild animal for such bone, only to realize you live on an animal farm. It makes it unfair for the dogs attempt and creating a strength to hunt and will to be in the wild, and for the farmer, losing all his values and property. This all simply was because giving a dog such a task was thought to be challenging and worth doing as a way to release the dogs energy and to train him. You, the administrator/Moderator, would take the role of the Farmer, and the dog, would presumably represent me. 

Why do you want to come back: For the very few days I was on the server, I felt guilt and disloyalty to everyone around me, and I wish only to be back into the community. TheDutyPaid (or whoever is reviewing this), understand that I would not feel such a emotion struggle as to if the server was not worth staying in. Now, I know you might be asking yourself that why break the rules if you cared for the community so much. Greed and fortune got the best of me, and I prioritized the very wrong thing. I was desperate, and needed a way to make money, At first I was mining normally, but I was not acquiring enough money, and wished for a faster way. Installing X-ray, at first made me a rich a happy young man. The thought of no Admins or Mods supervising the server, internally, convinced me further to continue such actions. Please consider me, I again, understand I was unfair to all, and I take complete blame, I'd even ask as for a probation, I just hope you give this a good read and think it through.

Why should you be unbanned (Why should we give you a second chance?): This would be my third chance, and if expectedly rejected I totally understand. I originally cheated to experience the advantages and gain an unfair advantage out of greed for more valuable ores such as diamonds and ancient debris. Right after I was unbanned, I had lost not only diamond related items but also other valuables like netherite I believe including the blocks of netherite I legitimately earned through anniversary events. In addition to this, my money which was also legitimately earned was reset to zero. Overcome by these losses which were harsher than the amount of time I cheated, I took to cheating again to "regain my original loot". My consequences were well deserved but the sudden drop in all of my valuables which were legitimately earned led me act erratically again and X-Ray for a second time. Nearly two years later, I have grown greately in my online presence and would like another chance to truly start over. I have forgotten all the progress I made originally, so there is no feeling of loss, or the need to cheat in me. I have never cheated or acted deceitfully in real life, and back then I was not aware of the severity of my actions in an online server. I took it lightly assuming this was just another game and gaining a slight advantage wouldn't grealty impact anything. That was my greatest mistake to underestimate how well organized and mature the staff and community of this server truly is. As I've grown older I reflected on my in-game actions and wanted to appeal for another chance to be a part of this community with a fully clean slate. 

Why do you want to come back: I partially mentioned my respect for the smp in the previous paragraph, however I will elaborate more in this section if I do have that opportunity. This smp had some of the most helpful and respectful veteran players and staff out of other servers I have come across. I did not appreciate this enough back then, but as I have played in other servers I notice the disorganization, some corruption, or unfairness that this smp greatly avoided. I want to start over right and fresh in this server again if I'm given that exception. I never cheated in any game after my X-Ray incident in this server, in fact X-Raying was the only time I used exploits in a game. Never again will I do such a thing. Although words can't express my gratitude and appreciation for the SMP adn the true regret for my quick succession in cheating, only my actions and genuineness can prove it. If I am looked down upon for my previous actions I want to set my reputation right again by being the helpful, respectful, and kind person I truly am. I want to be a positive member of the HometownSMP again, and I remember the good memories I made in the server before my fateful decisions. Earning VIP in the events and blocks of netherite as well as building my own nether biome around the house were the best memories. If I am understandably not allowed back, what would be the procedure to delete my account on here and all other data associated to my account from this website as well as any data about my account in the server?

Why do you want to come back: I really like the server it's very interactive u can make friends quickly and most importantly have fun the mods are also very great and nice.

Why should you be unbanned (Why should we give you a second chance?): I never chat spammed? I am really confused because TheDutyPaid literally changed her reason for ban? I was never "insulting disrespectful scornfully disdainful towards staff"???? That doesn't make sense. Honestly, if you could pull up the chat logs where I disrespected you, I am so sure I could point out what I actually meant and that I, in no way, meant any disrespect towards neither TheDutyPaid or any other staff. Not to mention, I didn't even talk to any other staff? Immediately when I joined the game, I'll admit I was a little rowdy. A few people warned me against using caps and stuff like that and so I stopped. I didn’t really know that was against the rules, but again, it’s partially my fault here because I didn’t read the rules close enough.  After that I just talked in private chat to my friend? I didn't think chat spam counted there seeing as it was literally someone who was talking with me. TheDutyPaid initially warned (?) me about griefing and I was typing out a response to my friend, asking her what I should do because this was my first time on the server and I didn't really know how to interact with people. My friend said run, as a joke, and the Admin tp'd me to spawn. I had already been typing out the word 'bitch' to call my friend. Earlier I had failed to see that there was a sign about calling other players derogatory terms or curse words, and for that, I apologize. In my prior ban appeals, I have expressed remorse and I have apologized for any wrongdoing I might have done, and I was still permanently banned? I have read through some of the appeals on this forum and people who have done seemingly worse than me have been let back onto the server after a simple apology. I have thoroughly explained my situation and my behalf; however, TheDutyPaid refuses to acknowledge anything inside of my appeals and instead closed both of my threads and replied to my reason for ban... which she changed. 

Why do you want to come back: I want to play Minecraft with my friends. I was only online for about 15 minutes, but I still enjoyed the atmosphere that the game provided and I didn't mean to break it.

My friend said run, as a joke, and the Admin tp'd me to spawn. I had already been typing out the word 'bitch' to call my friend. Earlier I had failed to see that there was a sign about calling other players derogatory terms or curse words, and for that, I apologize. However, TheDutyPaid banned me because I "called her bitch", when I really didn't. I should be unbanned because I apologized for cursing toward another player and here I'll apologize for accidentally griefing (in case thats what I did). Having learned my lesson, I'll keep an eye out for other players' stuff and I'll be sure to keep my curse words aimed at friends in the dms of my phone.
