I suggest that the staff take a poll (on the forums) on whether or not the nether, end and nether, or all dimensions should be reset. As a fairly new player, i'm loving this server but it seems like everything is taken up. I couldn't find a spot that wasn't close to someone's house, or had already been explored. Every mineshaft I found was already explored, and I finally found a clear space to put my house, only to realize it's right next to two other buildings. As of the nether, the same thing. Every inch of it was explored and there wasn't anything left for me to discover. All the nether fortresses had either turned into grinders or was already explored. The end wasn't as bad, but every end city is already discovered so there isn't much point. I suggest that the nether and end be reset every month or 2. I would understand if the overworld not be reset, because a lot of people have made some amazing creations, and it would suck for them to be reset. I just don't see the point in exploring the nether or end anymore. I hope you consider this, Thank you.

My name is Homie, I like music, Sneakers, and Videogames. I hope to have a fun time on the server and make a lot of new friends

I was recently banned (pending appeal) for taking from what appeared to be an abandoned build. I'm new-ish on this server still, and did not think I was out of bounds from the rulebook, because nothing I touched was claimed. I had always thought claimed=owned, not claimed=chancing it to strangers. This idea is supported by the warning that comes up when you build out of your claim, warning you that what you're doing is not protected. After reading other ban appeals, i can also see I'm certainly not the first person to have this apparent misconception.
   The enforcer who banned me says that where I was was owned, despite not being claimed. If it is possible to own something without claiming it merely by being the first one to change blocks there, what stops me or anyone from placing a small shelter  every 100 blocks across a swath of the map (per the existing rules) and thus rendering a huge area unbuildable for everyone because I "own" it (by the banners reasoning, anyway).
   My point in this post is not to say that what I did was right or that nothing should have happened (well, maybe a little) but really to bring attention to this weak spot in the rules. There needs be a concise definition of what constitutes ownership on the server, and how that relates to a claim or not.

It's Idkpop again! I haven't been on the server in a long time and I figured since I'm having a break, I would come to check it out again. Feel free to comment and say hi! Reason for your ban: Griefing/Theft

Why should you be unbanned: I was banned for taking emeralds and 2 shulker boxes. I found them in a thing that i was told in the chat was a long abandoned project from someone who hadn't logged on in ages, nothing was claimed, i figured that was that and somebody died and left the boxes and never came back to get them. I didnt think it was an issue at the time, but i was quite wrong.

Why do you want to come back: If allowed back, i will stay in my own lane and not go near things that even look like someone else has been there, claimed or not. It was a mistake to do it in the first place, but thinking "what could happen" i did and it got me banned. I'd also like to come back because i like my house and i help a friend with his castle thing. I can return the shulker boxes if whoever had them wants them, they're in my house. I don't know how many emeralds i have but i can give them too and $ to make up the difference if that can be assessed.

Why should you be unbanned: Hello Hometown moderator, I have been banned for x-ray, and is appealing right now.  I am so sorry for the inconvenience on your server and I want to apologize for that.  If you choose to un-ban me that would be great, but if you don't that is okay.  This will teach me a lesson of why I should not hack/cheat.    

Why do you want to come back: I wish to play with my friends and family again.

Why should you be unbanned: I honestly don't know what I griefed and I haven't played for a day or two but if I did grief anyone I'm sorry. I know how it feels to get griefed on a server you are actively playing and I would never want anyone to feel that way. That is why if I find out I have wronged someone I always give more than they say I have took.

Why do you want to come back: Starting to like playing Minecraft again and I only come to play with my little sister. This is pretty much what we have in common and I would like to continue our adventure.
