Pictures at the end of messages?

Howdy,
From most of the posts I have seen, I've seen pictures after ones' writing. These pictures, or gifs, had me wondering, "wut".
From what I know, these are signatures. So, being creative, I tried to create a signature myself. However, I was not able to upload a picture into it. The message that popped up after I pressed "change signature" said that there were too many characters. Seeing as how I'm uploading a picture, my brain kinda melted for a bit.
So, my question is, what are these pictures, and how do I create one for myself?

Server you were banned on (SMP/Discord): Your text
Minecraft name: Lexi0214
Reason for ban: I apparently griefed
Who banned you: Kat
Why should you be unbanned: I didnt grief intentionally and dont know what i was blammed of for griefing. I didnt take anything that i couldnt find an owner for or knew if it belonged to someone. Just take what ever you want hell destroy my town and have me start over from square one. But I didnt knowingly grief. If you can tell me where i griefed or who i griefed from then ill know.
Why do you want to come back: Because i love the server simple as that.

Howdy!
My new shop is now open. I would appreciate if you all could go there and tell me what you think. In my shop there is a "Feedback Board" near the back. Place a sign regarding what I should add or remove, or maybe saying how much you like it!
These responses would be very helpful, so please consider doing it

Fite Me, Bot!

I'm going to develop a game here with your help, called "Fite Me, Bot!"
Think BattleBots, text edition.
Okay, so you don't get to see the gore and parts flinging -- I'll do my best to editorialize on that.
It's a stats game. I've created a spreadsheet that will determine who the winner is by the statistics. I won't reveal this information, because then everybody would always play the same bot.
Basically, two people (first come, first served) will build their customized Bot, and once they have both submitted, I will do the math to see who the winner is, and write in the form of an exciting, adjective-laced battle to the death. Winner is the bot who is still standing.
The imaginary battle arena has no obstacles (yet), but may be added as I continue to develop the game.
Here are the requirements for building your bot --
1. Pick 1 weapon from the list:
- Pick (downward-swinging arm with a pick on the end)
- Wedge (front of bot beveled to get underneath opponent)
- Hammer (downward-swinging arm with 20# hammer head)
- Saw (electric front-facing Skil-type saw with diamond teeth)
- Torch (Metal Vapor Torch capable of cutting through your opponent's wimpy bot)
- Flipper (pneumatic actuator capable of overturning your opponent's bot)
- Spike (front-projectile jabbing spike)
- Orbital (High-spinning disc with weights)
2. Pick a method of locomotion:
- Pneumatic tires
- Solid rubber tires
- Tank Treads
- Metal wheels
- Hovering
3. Pick 2 Defensive mechanisms:
- Armor (extra heavy plating)
- Inversion (If you get flipped, you can upright yourself)
- Lowrider (built close to the ground, difficult to get under)
- Porcupine (coat the outside of your bot with spikes)
- Orbital (automatically selected if orbital is your weapon)
4. Features - you have 4 points to use with the following features:
- Speed (run awaaaay!)
- Agility (stop and turn on a dime)
- Dexterity (improved accuracy on attack)
- EnergyStar (efficient use of resources, not available with torch)
For example, you could put 2 points towards speed and 2 points towards dexterity, or you can put all 4 points into speed.
5. Give your bot a wicked name.
Here is an example bot configuration:
My bot has a pick with solid rubber tires, armor plating, 2 points speed, 1 point agility, and 1 point dexterity. I call it, "Da Punishah!"
First two bot configurations go to battle. Winner battles the next bot config (free rebuilds!).
After several bot battles, I should be able to fine-tune my stats page for better results. Although at the moment weight of the bot is not a factor, I plan to add that in at some point in the future. Let's just say all bots are heavyweight class for now.
Sooooooo... Who's ready to rumble !?!!?!??!!?

This is based off the time-honored decoding board game, Mastermind .
I'm thinking of a 4-digit number (zero is a digit). You have 8 chances to guess it.
For each guess, I will return the following information:
! = number is correct in the right place
. = number is correct, but in the wrong place.
For example, say the number was 1234. Say your guess was 1432. That means your response would be "!!..", or 2 digits in the right place, 2 correct digits in the wrong place. (this information is not placeholder specific).
If there are duplicate numbers in the guess (1111), they cannot all be awarded a marker unless they correspond to the same number of duplicates. In this case: "!" would be the response (one digit in the right place).
This is a helpful strategy to at least find out what the right numbers are. But remember, you only have 8 chances, so if you try 1111, 2222, 3333, etc., you will run out of chances before you try all the digits.
The winner will be able to select the new 4-digit number to guess, and the game continues.
So... Anybody dare to make the first guess?

3 Block Challenge

So I caught a video a while back of players doing a "3 block challenge" and thought it might be cool to do and see if others want to try. The basics are simple: build a structure using only 3 block types. The hitch: use three types that don't normally go together or blocks you don't generally use.
So here's my challenge to y'all: The 3 block choices are
Red Sandstone (including half slabs and stairs)
Dark Prismarine
Snow block.
The goal: build a structure that will fit in one chunk (16x16 blocks) using only these blocks.
Exceptions: you may light the structure as long as the lighting is not part of the structure (i.e. placing lamp posts outside the build, sinking glowstone into the ground around the build, placing torches inside to light it up).
Take a screenshot and post it to this thread if you do this challenge. I am interested to see what people come up with.

No cheating! (aka using a Chess computer)
Using Chess Notation, play a game of Chess vs. ME - Landline. I'll be white. Anybody can make the next black move.
Hint: Keep track of the moves on an actual chess board. No, not even I can visualize it in my head.

So last night (GMT), I entered my portal area into the nether and began the process of clearing out a large area of netherrack to start the process of a build I am making. I paid Steasaur and mackin4life $250 each to complete the job of clearing it out. At the time, I had to log off as food was ready, so I entrusted them to get the job done and paid them at the time (mackin4life messaged me asking for payment).
I came back within the hour and they had already logged off by then. No further clearing out of the area had been attempted by them.
Happy to provide chat logs to a mod or admin if required.
Payment logs will also show I paid both mackin4life and Steasaur $250 each
