I should be unbanned because i don't remember breaking anything after i said i wouldn't

i want to comeback to HomeTown SMP because i had a lot of friends and was working for a long time on a shop

One day i got off the server because i was finished playing for the day, when i came to join again a couple days ago i saw i was banned by Diamond Block Ben For grief, i had been sent to a honey bottle for grief before and said "i promise i wont grief again" and he let me out, and now i am banned.

I want to know why i was banned.

Why should you be unbanned (Why should we give you a second chance?):  I should be unbanned because as u know miss I am fond of server and can't live without playing in this server at least 30 min a day when I am too busy but when I am free I play approx 2 hours in this server a day but I know my mistake is unforgivable but mam u r so much caring . I know I can play in this server through my oG account but I need this account also to be UNBAN. I think u understand.

Why do you want to come back: I want to come back from this account also because I need two accounts to play . I know I can play through my original account but. I need that account to be unaban . I know I cannot write anything such as I am missing builds friends because I can met them through my oG account.

Why you should be unbanned: It is the staff opinion that they should ban me or not ,I can just convey my statment and felling through appeal.my statment is that I was emotionaly connected to server and I am just all day thinking about server how to get unbanned I was remembering about my friend my pet and my base you can took all the stuff from me I don't have problem and plz I will not say anything slur to anyone from now kri was also messaging to my teachers from my phone and I was just taking revenge and about x ray on that time I was become too greedy and I became blind and forgot that how big crime it is and become blind that time.plz forgive me .

Why do you want to come back : I just to get the nostalgia back and talk to freinds see my base again and be a fair player now and help in contributing to server.

Why should you be unbanned (Why should we give you a second chance?): I understand now that using Xray is  unfair against other players and ruins the experience for everyone It takes away from the hard work others put into mining  It also breaks the trust of the server community

Why do you want to come back:I learned from this mistake and I really regret using Xray I understand why the rules are there and Im ready to follow them 100% if I get a second chance I loved playing on Hometown and being part of the awsome popole you have there and I hope I can come back and prove that I have changed

Why should you be unbanned (Why should we give you a second chance?): its been a year and 3 months, im very ashamed of my actions and i believe im much more mature and capable of treating the shops and builds with respect. to elaborate im not exactly sure on the specific offences due to the amount of time since i was banned i also had stopped playing prior to the ban so i only recently found out when trying to transfer data i dont remember ever touching another player beacon im not saying i didnt i simply dont have a memory of it aswell as any theft i consider myself quite respectful irl and ingame so i would like to say it were an accident however i am not positive of this my point is i have no plans nor ever did plan to grief steal or otherwise cause any difficulty or issues for other players once again i am not saying i did not commit the crime im simply saying im sorry and i will do everything in my power not to make a mistake during my stay. i would like to add i just thought of this but there was a player placing explicit pictures just outside the claim for my village and i broke them the last time i played without thinking i doubt that is the reason i was banned but still i was wrong to break them without reporting it.

Why do you want to come back: hometown is by far the best server ive ever played i recently got a friend into Minecraft and i would love to experience this beautiful server with them <3 i would even be okay with starting fresh on my new account but i am not ban evading so this must be handled either way if my ban apeal is declined i wont try to play on my new account thank you.
