Why i should be unbanned why i should get other chance. I honestly did not know that breaking a beacon was considered grief if i do get unbanned i would like to return the beacon and more i really liked this server because it was really chill and there was lots of kind people and people to chat with there is a lot of servers out there but this is my favourite one I’ve found because I don’t really wanna PvP I jus5 wanna chill make a base a grind money

I want to come back because I really enjoy this server and I do feel really bad for the beacon I also wanna help the new people that join because I got helped when I joined and I wanna return the favour in another way I also wanna help more people for free because I really enjoy doing that

Why should you be unbanned ( Why you should get another chance?): I would like yo have this alt account be playable again to try and have some fun om a old account I had ( which is this one ) I don't understand how my alt account got banned cause I didn't even touched this account in 2 months cause I lost the Gmail that's connected to the account with the password, now that I got it back wants me to play again on this account to try and make something new on a secondary account 

Why do you want to come back: I would like to come back and play on this very alt account of mine I had for 2 years and forgotten for 2-3 months, the server is fun I can agree with that plus I see alot of people having alt accounts getting money for them or mine automatically for them, and I want to do the same since I got a new phone, all I can say is that if I can get some screenshots of when the account was last online in the time I lost the account details then I know I can add more security to my acc

Below is the ban appeal for my daughter. She is not old enough to have her own forum account, I just set her first email address to get her a Minecraft account less than a year ago. 

Server you were banned on (SMP/Discord): SMP I guess? The main HomeTown java minecraft server.

Minecraft username: LemonyOne

Reason for your ban (exactly what it says when you try to log in!): Reason: Griefing. 

Who banned you: SelfAwareDorito

Why should you be unbanned (Why should we give you a second chance?): She is unsure what she griefed, and I had to explain to her what griefing is. There was a time that the permissions for my claims (Packrat04) were removed from her and I had a hard time getting them re-permed to her. If the Griefing ban is related to anything that I own, it can be removed as she had permission to build on my plots. She says that she does not know who SelfAwareDorito is or what of theirs she may have broken. 

Why do you want to come back: She has really been enjoying playing on the server with her dad and would like to be able to play again. She understands now what griefing is and will make sure to not mess with other peoples claims and builds. 


-From dad, She does play without me as well, but most of the time I am on with her. If this is a legitimate ban, then she will have to serve her time.

Why should you be unbanned (Why should we give you a second chance?):
First, I want to say clearly and respectfully: I did not use Xray. I’ve never cheated. I got on tonight, and I went mining for as long as I could before I got tired. I just learned how to use elytra to make tunnels, and I had no idea you could do that before. I’ve been mining 2 block tall tunnels this whole time. I still feel like a newbie sometimes. I hadn’t played hometown for 4–5 years and then I just started around December. I’m still learning things every day. I’m not tech savvy. I’ve never downloaded or used any mods or hacks before, I’m not even sure how to.
Also, the fly mode just got turned on for res World. So I got a lot of diamonds tonight because I flew through caves and kept finding one after another. I’m thinking that it’s just that I got too many in a short amount of time and that’s why I got banned? I’ve been watching YouTube videos about X-ray and servers, trying to understand more, and one of the videos mentions that you can track ratios of cobblestone to diamonds?
If there’s any way it’s possible someone could investigate my mining pattern or logs, I’d be so grateful, because it would show I’ve just been a persistent miner and not a cheater.
I don’t know, I’m trying to do my research here and be reasonable but I don’t want to assume anything either. I respect the rules and the staff. There’s got to be a way to prove that I’m innocent, I hope that esptree can explain things better or whoever responds can, I would much appreciate it, because I feel so inexperienced when it comes to this.
Why do you want to come back:
Because of the feeling I got when I saw that on my computer. Dude…my heart broke. I was shocked. This is my favorite place to be. I love the game, I love the server and I love the people. I love meeting new people, and seeing all the connections you can make here. I love the amazing builds, and the tight woven community with the staff, I’ve never seen anything like it and I’ve never had anything like it. God, it’s my favorite thing to do. And I’m so proud, I’ve made all of my money off of diamonds. Mining is my favorite thing to do, it’s like I just zone out and time flies by. It’s a routine for me. It’s the end to my day.
I just recently hit 200 votes to get advanced, and I celebrated with fireworks with my friend NeroEsoteric. I was so proud. I am proud, to be a part of this server.
I love this server so much that I paid for VIP 3, I just was so excited about it.
My point is that I’m an honest adult, I go to work, I come home, and I look forward to my safe haven. I spent money here, and felt good about it. Everything I do on here I feel good and honest about. I would never sacrifice that safe haven by cheating.. I wouldn’t lie about cheating or be prideful about cheating. I’ve never been in this situation before. I have too much to lose on this server, friendships, and hard work.
Everything I have done is hard earned, I promise you all from the bottom of my heart. I wish I could plug you into my brain so you could just see it, and trust me on it. I really don’t want to lose this over something I didn’t do. I deeply appreciate the community and everything the staff does, and I truly believe that I deserve to be unbanned and I insist that I haven’t cheated. I’ve never had issues with staff, I’ve never said anything questionable or inappropriate, and I’m kind and generous whenever the opportunity arises. I play my part as a respectable person on the server, and I always have. I pride myself on that. I’ve never caused problems or broken trust, and I want to keep being a part of this beautiful server.
Please consider giving me a second chance, or at least reviewing the situation further. I am willing to do anything to prove my innocence, I have too much respect for this server and this community to break its rules. Everything I’ve earned has been with patience and effort.

I have learned from my actions and i understand what i did wrong and i am very sorry for breaking the rules. I also think i should be considered to be unbanned because i have deleted all xray mods and i will never use them again because i dont want to get banned on this server or any server ever again.

Why do you want to come back: I want to comeback so i can earn my trust back and i want to actually work for the stuff i got. I also want to come back because the people were active and when i was playing everyone was welcoming to new players and i want to be welcoming too.
