Why should you be unbanned: 
I wasn’t using an x-ray client, I just use Optifine and shaders that allow me to see without placing torches, as the light comes from the torch just being in my hand. I like to mine in random directions when looking for diamonds, due to them not spawning within a certain proximity of each other, so I change directions after I find some to maximise my chances of getting more as they tend to only spawn 1 vein per chunk. I can understand that my method of mining can seem like someone x-raying, however I can provide screenshots of my Minecraft system folders which will show no evidence of it being there. As for when I was jailed, I’m new and didn’t know what to do. All I was told is that I had been jailed for x-raying and didn’t know how to respond so I left. I just wish I had been prompted to defend myself in that moment, as social situations are extremely difficult for me, as I have Autism Spectrum Disorder, type 2 class 2. If I am given a chance to return to the server, I will continue to follow the rules, as I just want to keep playing with my friends.

Why do you want to come back: 
I really enjoy Minecraft and playing with my friends. I don’t get to do a lot with them and they’re really my only friends, so if I cant play with them then I’ll be alone again,

Why should you be unbanned: I think I should be unbanned because my friend had said that if you do /warp diamonds, there is op stuff and it was unclaimed and you could take it, He said this in VC in Discord, (Note: After I got banned I realized he meant that I could take it but I shouldn't've'd taken The stuff Either Way,) (Note 2: Even After That, My friend said that the owner told him to test me and my other friend.) Then I Warped there and took Some Of the stuff And put it in a chest, After that, My friend said OMG There Are so many OP things in this chest, And told me to TPA'd to him, So I did, And after that, when I TPA'd to him, I realized That there was a sign saying to not grief, So when I saw that sign, I went back to my chest so I could return the stuff, But I got banned before I could return the stuff. I know what I did was wrong and should've been punished All tho it was an accident, And I had not seen that sign when I had taken the stuff, I was thinking of the ban could be replaced with a Temp Ban.
Lastly I hope you understand why I want to be unbanned.
Why do you want to come back: I want to come back because this is a server That I really enjoy Playing on, And I loved how everything in the server was made.

Why should you be unbanned: I didn't have any bad intentions and it was an honest mistake.

Why do you want to come back: I really like this server there is no other server like it. I will never make this mistake again.

I thought id share 2 months of on/off progress for the town of Dagorhir. all in all im really happy of the current progress and i estimate about another 2 monhts of more work to get the rest done. 

for those of you who dont know... Dagorhir is a 730x840 block town across the ocean to the NE of spawn. It is being built by me (Wareriley), D1rty_D1anna, and other members of the server.

Why do you want to come back: I really love the server and its concept. My friends are building amazing things and i would really like to be part of that.

Someone near us didnt clame his starter house and i removed it becouse it was in our way. Im sorry.

Reason for your ban: Full on lag machine. Lying to staff about what you were building.

Why should you be unbanned: Before I begin I want to say I deeply apologize for the actions I have committed. They were very wrong and stupid and I shouldn't have done that. I've been playing on this server for a month or so and with all seriousness I did not know rules applied at /warp creative. I'm being honest here. After I built it, I destroyed it then that's when I got called down by Illogical. I'm very sorry for breaking the rules and I swear I will never break them again. For sure I will reread the rules and understand what I have to do to not break them again. I really have no good excuse on what I have done. I really don't. I really hope you consider unbanning me. There is always a consequence for every bad thing that happens and I understand that I deserved to be restrained for what I have done. 

Why do you want to come back: This is my most beloved Minecraft server I ever played on. This server means a lot to me. This is where it all started. This is where I met my best friend and I play with her almost everyday. I have most of my builds on here and I always have a blast every time I play! Building is one of my all time favorite things to do here and I love showing my best friend my creations. I can never see her in person yet so playing with her is the next best thing. She means a lot to me.

Why should you be unbanned: I want to be unbanned because this is a great server and I was stupid to X-ray. I loved this server and the people on it and I understand if I do not get unbanned, but please this is 1 of the best survival servers out there.

Why do you want to come back: This server is amazing! It has the best community and the best staff. I hope I can get unbanned and if a staff ever finds me doing something that is not allowed They can ban me from all things hometown. All else I can say is I am truly sorry for hacking and I beg to come back.
