This thread is a new thread for the current server for players to be able to apply to reclaim warps which have been abandoned from inactive players. Before reclaiming a warp you must follow these rules and do the following:

1) The owner of the warp must be inactive for 9 months or more. If they are banned, they must be banned for over 6 months or permanently banned. If the warp has more than one owner, then all owners must be inactive or banned (as mentioned above) If the player can not be determined from the warp with the use if /seen and /co i from staff a broadcast will go out to the server to see if anyone knows the rightful owner. From that we will decide if the warp will still be up for reclaiming or not. 

2) Warps are only up to be reclaimed if they are in use for shops, farms or any other type of service. Warps that take you to towns, builds like statues or homes will not be able to be reclaimed or unless the warp is for public server use. 

3) When reclaiming you will have to pay the same price as a current warp. ($1500 for Member+ and $1000 for VIPs). 

4) To apply to reclaim a warp, you must only apply on this thread. Reclaiming warps work on a first come first serve basis. This means that applying on a different thread or asking staff online will not mean you have the permission for the warp. The only time you should be contacting staff in game about reclaiming a warp (unless you have any questions), is when you have been given permission here on the thread to claim the warp and would like to move it to its new home. 

5) If a player returns after their warp has been reclaimed, they will be allowed to set a warp free of charge. 

6) All reclaimed warps will be listed below. You will need to follow the format when applying for a warp to be reclaimed. 

Example:
IGN: TheOnlyKat (your IGN)
Warp Name: /Warp Dye (the warp you want)
Inactivity time of old owner: 10 months
Old owners IGN: Startgirl (the original owners IGN)

Heya, so I'm totally new to Hometown.

I've asked around about the Elytra being so insanely rare (and expensive to buy)  and The End never being reset and have gotten these two answers (or variations of)

1) Elytra is  really an end game thing so it should be scarce
2) People have built in The End so therefor, it never gets reset. (which of course makes Elytra scarce).


I'm gonna break my thinking down on these two

1) Really? The only reason it is 'end game' is because you can't get to End Cities until the dragon has been killed. 
----Every multi player server I've checked out (and its in the 30's of those)  The dragon is dead and there are portals everywhere.  So, that reason makes no sense.

2) People having built in the End:  Ok fine, there are builds in the End.  If it was just Enderman Farms, I'd be like, "so? They are easy to build"  But, people have built other stuff so.. I get not resetting it for that reason.


I've talked to people that said there are no Elytra left in The End.. period and from 30 mins of exploring with /fly ,I believe it. There are pathways to every island it seems.


There is a Resource world for the Overworld AND the Nether.  But, not the End.

I ask Why?

There doesn't seem like any reason on the surface for there not to be.  The only two really useful resources in the End are:


A) Elytra
B) Skulkers

-- both of which are none existent in the End now because they have all be raided.


So, again why?

Digging below the surface, the ONLY reason I can think of there not being an End Resource world that gets reset is to get people to Buy /fly for $30 IRL (or a lot of in game $$ which can be hard to come by. Lets face it, shops don't make a lot of $$ because there are so many)) or vote over and over and over again to try to get both from slots.


I don't know if that is the real reason behind not having an End Resource world, but it totally looks like it to anyone that stops to think about it.

Elytra and Shulkers are IN GAME resources.  Voting should NOT basically be a REQUIREMENT to get them.  (or having $7k+ to get Elytra and be able to fly without paying $30 irl to /fly)

I totally understand having to vote to get more /homes, see /warplist etc but again, there should be a way to get ALL in game resources by PLAYING Minecraft, not paying for them somehow with IRL actions like voting or paying IRL $.

Fuck, I even get having to pay IRL $ to get /back  (btw, that should also able to be obtained by voting).  I get having to pay to get /fly  (that would be cool if you could get with voting also)

But,  having to vote to get Elytra is just shitty and shaddy.

There NEEDS to be a End resource world that gets reset often, even if it's only every 3-6 months or whatever.

Hi! I just wanted to say a few things about myself. I'm DarkeningLight28, but if you ever want to talk, just Dark is fine. I just joined the server the other day and I love it so far. Several months ago (or maybe more like a year ago), I had been on a similar server and was active for around a year. I was also a low-level staff member there for about 9 months. I decided to find a different server after having realized that I recognized none of the newer players, and I didn't feel like I fit there anymore. I'm hoping that this server can fill the void and then some more!

Just a few quick details about myself - I love penguins and the color purple, I like drawing (digitally) and baking whenever possible, and I have recently learned to crochet. And of course, I love video games.

I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone!

I just think it will be better if there were more perks for vip mostly vip2 just because I’ve had my vip for a while but it’s just boring with only /glow and /fly And rename just it’s bit plain we need  more perks for vip!

hey!! so i was wondering if anybody would be able to buy my friend, fbj403, vip2? we've raised about 30k of in game money and we were wondering if anybody would be willing to trade it for vip2! if you want more in game money just ask and we can gather it in a few days or so,,, depending on how much you would want for it . we're working on a big project rn and it'd be so much easier if they had fly as well uwu

 It's time for another Hunger Games! This time we will be using the arena y'all know as /warp illopvp!! You will get $150 for each person that you kill, and the top 3 players will receive a cash prize. The prizes will be awarded at the end of the event. Here's how you play: Everyone will start in a pod in the air. When the game begins the doors will open and everyone will jump into the map. Everyone will then start to search for Armor, Weapons, Food, and Potions. During the game players will fight to the death. You are allowed to pick up other people's loot! Once there is only 4 Players left alive the DeathMatch will begin. Each player will receive their own /warp to the arena via /msg.  We also have a way for everyone to spectate the games after they die! You can use /warp spectate to get to the map and you can use /warp deathmatchspectate to get to the deathmatch arena (these /warps are only used by spectators)

Friday June 19th at 11:00 PM Central Time!

Where:

 Go to /warp hungergames. If you die you can go to /warp spectate, if you want to watch the deathmatch go to /warp deathmatchspectate. 


Prizes: 

$150 per Kill.

1st Place: $3,000

2nd Place: $2,000

3rd Place: $1,000


Rules: If you break any of these rules you will be permanently banned from the Hunger Games.

1. No Commands like /tpa, /back, /ptime, /fly, etc.

2. Do not abuse any glitches, flaws in the map, or use hacks of any kind.

3. Do not try to leave the arena. If you leave the map you will be disqualified. And do not try to get in after you have died.

4. Come with an empty inventory. Do not bring weapons, armor, food, etc.

5. Teaming IS NOT ALLOWED. If there is teaming of any kind you will be disqualified. This includes giving other people gear.

6. Do not abuse the spectator's area or try to get back in once you have died.

7. If you accidentally glitch into the map before the game starts or while you are spectating please warp out. Don't wander around.
