Why should you be unbanned: because one i was going replant after i finished some construction on my new town with the help of vandustyy and of course I have a town i have to take care of

Why do you want to come back: because i just started a new town and literally just got unbanned after lying dormant for 7 months vowing to never come back to hometown but i came back new decade new me

Reason for your ban: I was allegedly x-raying.

Who banned you: Guy/RTY.

Why should you be unbanned: I wasn't X-raying, I was mining with a lax set of rules:
1. When doing a left or right 180 degree turn, turn left/right, mine 4 blocks, turn left/right again and continue mining for a random distance.
2. If you see any dirt or gravel, mine it, as it breaks instantly and gives a lot of opportunities for more ores.
3. If you see diorite, andesite or granite, try to move away from it. (Near the end of my trip it looks like I failed this one, because I was essentially hugging the rocks, but I had this in mind when I was doing so.)
4. Try to mediate around Y-level 9. No reason why, just looks nice to me. This one is also very lax, as staying on level 9 alone would be just a needless waste of time.
5. This ruleset is very lax, so don't bother mining an exact area, just mine a random number of blocks, turn and then mine more, remembering to avoid granite and the such.

I'm not sure how I could prove more extensively that I'm not hacking, besides...  sending you my resource pack list? But even that's easily doctored anyways, so I don't see how that would help. Same with the other folder that people using hacked clients use.

Why do you want to come back: I enjoy playing on this server and chatting with people about politics on here. IiiMonkey can vouch for me here, we're mates 'cause I intended on leaving a while ago and gave him all my money, so he decided to make me a statue.

And, in the hopes of being completely honest and transparent, I did inform iiiMonkey I was banned, alongside my brother, a discord server called RedPixel (of whom none play on the server), and another one of my friend's who doesn't play on the server. I did not request of iiiMonkey to try and convince you to unban me, he did that of his own accord, however. I admit that I shouldn't've told them about it as it's a private matter between Guy, RTY and I, but I was angry, as anyone who's been falsely accused of X-raying would be. And in the hopes of being completely honest again, I will admit that I do have a hacked client installed, but I can't use it as it's from a different version of the game, and don't use it on multiplayer servers. Plus it'd remove the fun from mining. The hacked client(s) in question are Wolfram 1.8 and Wolfram 1.12. I can send screenshots of them in my Minecraft launcher, alongside my resource packs.

Why should you be unbanned: Because I did it as an inside joke with friends and was about to put it back 

Why do you want to come back: Because the server is a good server and me and my friends have made some good progress.

I will try to be a better person in this community but I'm sorry I've been pushing the limits on the rules

I've realized the rule I broke was theft and stealing is bad because of its waste other peoples hard work and time just for it to be stolen

EDIT: ok i realized that the reason I WAS BANNED was for stealing one piece of sponge. I'm sorry for what had happened considering i thought it was a free donation/free all-around chest/shuker. Unfortunately, I did not know any better but that was my stupid mistake. I love this server because of the community and its a really fun server to be on with a nice community. I know  I should not be mad at the staff for banning me and it was my fault in all but, why ban me for one sponge? I'm sorry if this sounds disrespectful but I'm trying to make my point across. I'm sorry for the damage I had done and I would like to repay for the one sponge I stole. Id like to be unbanned considering this server is fun and I feel bad for the hard efforts in getting that sponge. Can you please take pity on me and let me unbanned?

I would like to come back because the people are nice and friendly to the community and its really fun playing on this server

Why should you be unbanned: Hi, I was using x-ray on my singleplayer world like two hours ago (I'm very lazy to search diamonds), then I stop playing that and came back to play at home town server. I forgot to change to vainilla minecraft to play at the server, I was dissapointed when I saw I was banned, then I realized that I enter at the server with x-ray mod. I'm sorry that this happen because I really love to play on the server with my friend. I know it is a serious mistake and I will accept it if I don't get unbanned. I'm sorry for beeing so inatenttive.

Why do you want to come back: It's the first server I enter and I literally like instantly. I hope this can be solved so I can play again at the server. I enter yesterday for the first time and I already love it! The community is very kind and helpfull, and I think that if I can't come back again I won't find another server like this one. Thank you to the people who created and administrate the server, and to the community!

Why should you be unbanned: I regret and apologise for the fact that I used the XRay mod to gain an unfair advantage over everyone else, just because I was too lazy to stripmine like someone that genuinely cares about the game and survival experience enough to put any real effort in. I don't know what I was hoping to achieve, or thinking, but I must've just wanted to ruin the experience for myself, assumed that nobody would notice, and doing something that's so disrespectful to staff by subconsciously underestimating their vigilance and ability by an incredible amount. I'd like to apologise also for disrespecting and ignoring the rules that are put in place for a reason - to make this server so enjoyable, and that supply such a solid SMP experience. I am extremely disappointed in myself and embarrassed about this entire situation, because I've ruined it for myself, put my goals above the server's rules, was caught being the epitome of selfish and disrespectful, and since this was the first time I ever used the XRay mod i have evidently quickly learned that it is not the way forward, nor the right thing to do, nor morally correct. I completely understand that i was absolutely in the wrong, was banned for a totally valid reason, can be proven totally guilty in an instant, and really shouldn't be unbanned at all since i defeated the object of an SMP server, but it would mean so, so much to me if you would give me a second chance, and I'm very grateful that i was given the reality check that i needed to realise what I was doing was so wrong, and, again, disrespectful. This will never happen again, not on this server, nor any other. This got really waffly but i just wanted to express my embarrassment.

Why do you want to come back: This server has an absolutely fantastic community, everybody is so welcoming, kind and accepting. It's been the place for the past few days where i could just come and relax by building and talking to friendly people. It was just like how i used to play Minecraft years ago when i was a little kid and so i hope you can understand why this server was so attractive to me. It's set up in such a way that everything is extremely convenient and I know now that the rules are there for a very good reason. It would mean the absolute world to me if one of the staff could consider unbanning me, because I don't know what I'll do in the evenings anymore. Thank you so much for reading.
