Why should you be unbanned: I was simply exploring and found what I assumed to be an abandoned mine
that had a beacon. In addition to the beacon, there was a shulker box that I was able to open thus
why I had thoroughly assumed the mine and its contents were abandoned. So I took the beacon and the
shulker box. When placed in jail, I offered to return it and lagged out due to an unstable
connection on my end. Once I joined back, I was banned after I told Steasaur that I had lagged out.
Why do you want to come back: It a fun server with a great community.

Why should you be unbanned: Honestly, I most likely should not. I figured though, that I'd take one stab at it, because I quite like this server. I started off as a broke boy. Standard tools, the like, and wanted to make my way up. I soon realized, after an arduous 2 hours of strip mining with NO SUCCESS, that diamonds are extremely rare. I figured that the only way to do this would to be to cheat. I don't know why, but I decided to follow my impulses. I normally do not make impulse decisions, but this was one of those times where I just went with it and didn't look back. I do feel quite guilty about it, because I was planning to make a lot of fun builds, and now I won't get the chance to. Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to pity-party you or anything like that, I'm just saying that what I did was completely idiotic, and I realize that my actions not only chain from just me, but also affect and impact the playing experience of those around me and overall on the server. (Second disclaimer, I also used the xray to find gold and redstone so I could get powered rails for the train station I was going to build.)
Why do you want to come back: As recently stated, I had a lot of fun builds planned. and I really would like to share them with the community. This might seem a bit biased, but as a first-time offender, I feel like the punishment should be a bit more lenient comparably to others that have been caught multiple times, but I digress. I also would like to come back and keep making friends on this server, because frankly I'm appalled by how nice everyone is on this server. Most people are 110% A-Grade Douchecanoes on Survival Servers, but this is the first one that I've found that's actually decent in terms of playerbase. It's also quite a simple, but enchanting experience to play. I quite enjoy it, and therefore would appreciate an unban.
However I have presented my case, it is ultimately at your discretion, but I do hope that you can understand my remorse and apology in this appeal, and I hope that you consider all writings before making your final verdict. Thank you.

Why should you be unbanned: I believe that the IP ban I received was a false ban. I have no used x-ray and I do not plan to use x-ray on the server as I am aware it is against server rules. Most of the mining I did was in ravines below my base, and all the ore were in the open/easy to access. My brother(BendoesMC10) who also played on the server also received an IP ban which makes me believe that the ban is false. Though I am in no way accusing my brother of x-raying.
Why do you want to come back: I believe that the ban was false as I have never x-rayed on the server. In the short time I played on the server, me and my friend(Kawaii_Shushu) have had a lot of fun. The community have been extremely friendly. Anytime I ask a question(are auto clickers allowed for afk fish farms, are there xp farms, are there and public enchantment tables, etc.) there is always someone who is ready to answer. The server has been a lot of fun and the community have been extremely friendly. I believe the ban was false and I hope to hear back soon and be playing again.

Why should you be unbanned: I have not been xraying, at the time of ban, I wasn't even mining for resources, I was digging out my claim space under a village getting ready to set up a villager breeder. I switched screens for couple aminutes watching a youtube tutorial on automatic furnaces and when I switched back I found I was banned. I have mods on currently, which are TrashSlot (Doesn't work anyway, think its a server and client mod) which just adds a trash slot to inventory so I can delete things on the fly like seeds or too much cobblestone. Inventory Sorter (Also doesn't work, its has keybindings in options but guess its needed serverside too.) Just with middle mouse clicks put inventory into a cleaner order instead of being all messed up. Xaeros Minimap (Works) shows a mini map top left corner which shows the layout around me, does not show ores, it does show hostile mobs and lava though, which if this is what this is about, I can remove it, tbh I just like the fact it tells me the time ingame, biome and light level. Xaeros World Map (Works) just lets me have better maps then the crappy ones we get in minecraft, its not essential so if this is an issue I can remove, its just a quality of life thing, works the same as the normal ingame maps but can scroll out and in with it.
Resource pack I am using is BDCraft at 256x with acouple of resource packs that make more 3D objects swords & benches aswell as round tree trunks and non blocky leaves.
Why do you want to come back: Because I have invested alot of time into the server, honest time I have worked hard for and feel that this is either a misunderstanding or just an innocent mistake that I wish to resolve, I have been highly enjoying my time on Hometown with a very good community.

Why should you be unbanned: I believe this ban was false, I've been mining STRAIGHT down and reach around to y level 9 if you check my previous "Suspicious Xray" pathway you would see that I've been only digging straight down to around y level 9 and had been strip mining. My technique might be suspicious in a way, but what I do is simply just find diamonds and sell then TELEPORT SOMEWHERE NEW because diamonds are pretty rare and hard to find when they're close together. The only times I did it stayed and got around 2 patches of diamond ore was when lava was around. I was strip mining. If you took any pictures or evidence please show me. I can guarantee you that I can explain with 100% detail of this. If you have any concerns, please respond to this topic because it was a bit confusing, please let me know. Sorry for me acting like a completed d**k head but I had worked hard on this server. I don't really see how any of my patterns of me mining is valid proof I'm cheating because I'm not. (Also if you were wondering, I had a fortune pick that made me have a lot more diamonds if you thought that was cheating. That's why I had a ton of diamonds) If you have any questions and still convinced you thought I Xray'd please let me know. Why do you want to come back: I love this server, this is the only few servers with kind, generous, helpful staff, and players, and I miss this feeling because this server is so much fun. I had worked really hard on this server and tried my best to support players, I was trying to make other people happy and have fun. This server has an amazing tight community and I try my best not to leave this server. This is one of the best servers I joined, and I have to admit, I think this server has a ton of potential and I don't want to leave that feeling behind and not see this server again. I had placed a ton of effort and tried to be generous. I had hired people, with very generous cuts of money, (Such as giving huge tips to people that help me) I love the staff because they were all ways helpful towards me and this would make me upset that ill get banned because this is truly a fun server to play on. I hope I can be on the journey to a successful, fun, tight community.

Why should you be unbanned: When I first joined the server I was a bit out of the loop on what constituted a grief. As a result, I made a few decisions that wound up being the wrong thing to do and made efforts to undo them. Since then I have done my best to avoid doing anything that would constitute griefing. I am guessing that this ban is from something that I did previously, something that I did on accident, or from something that I did not understand was a grief. Regardless, I did it, I will learn from this experience, and I will strive to not do anything like it again.
Why do you want to come back: I've had a really great time playing on this server and I don't want that fun to end. It's one of a kind, and I wish to be a contributor as opposed to a detractor.
