Hello , im appealing for a unban , I understand what I did was wrong and I know I cheated , xray and stole but honestly it’s because im shi* at the whole smp thing, I just wanted to play on a server what seemed good and I messed by doing what I did. I’m deeply sorry and I know how much I messed up. I hope you can forgive me and unban me so I can play properly on your amazing server.

Hello Hometown Community!

We wanted to be completely transparent to the community with what we discovered recently from a former staff - Elsio.

After some investigation we found that Elsio abused his mod commands and used creative mode to illegitimately give himself a lot of items. This could've ranged from building materials, to ores, to the stuff that he sold in his shop. We also found that he was keeping things like drop party items for himself, event tools, and over 12k slot tokens that were illegitimately created. Elsio is now banned from the server and his elite rank has been stripped as well.

We cleared out his chests and inventories in order to maintain the legitimacy of everyone's builds on the server, and we as a staff team apologize that the behaviors of one of our members affected that. It is our #1 goal to make sure that everyone playing has a safe, fun, and most fair environment to play on, and that applies to our staff as well. For the few people that he gave money too, we will unfortunately have to confiscate it since we can't verify its legitimacy

I just wanted to make this a public announcement so everyone in the community is caught up to what has happened. Feel free to ask any questions here or send me a pm on discord if you have anything you wanted to say about the situation!

Hello if anyone doesnt have the time or want to waste time I am available to as the title says hunt farm gathering or work on crafting needed items.  I am horrible at building or design but I can sure demolish any area as well .

I am on mostly in the evenings during weekdays and off and on during the day and night for weekends.

I am new to the server and some things might take time to get but when fully setup I should be able to get most things within a week.

can pay me reasonable amounts per item or can pay a set fee for amount of work or amount of items delivered.  For set fee I would request that at least a 10% deposit be made, but can hire for a day week or by the month.

Mode of delivery set up in advance so if we are not on at the same times you can still receive the items. 

I would request that once a deal has been set that you post it somewhere on the forums so that it can be referred back to in the event there is a misunderstanding on my part.

Don't panic... This is just a poll for your opinions. 

Lately we have been receiving some feedback from you, the players, talking about how the current server has become a bit--- saturated, and not just a space issue. All the farms have been built, longer-time players have already done/built everything they can, and most concerningly, the economy balance is way out of whack. More and more players are suggesting/asking if we will be doing a reset any time soon so everyone can start fresh. So, we want to know where everyone stands on this idea. 

Should we reset the server for the coming 1.20 update? - This means a brand new map, no builds or items or money will be transferred over. The only things you'll keep are your votes and your voting/VIP ranks.

**We will still be updating to 1.20 either way, and would do an expansion of New World instead if we didn't do a reset.

Just starting out on this server and basically a novice to all of minecraft but learning as I go.  I enjoy the farming, gathering and crafting mostly.  I also try to build the key word trying as I am not good at doing things like that yet at all.  I would be more than happy to work gathering or helping out with things .  Just feel free to chat me with anytime .

Why should you be unbanned: I believe this was a unjustifiable ban and a lack of evidence to truly suggest that I was actually X-Raying, this admin “TheDutyPaid” banned me off my words which were “I hope when I relog my fake xray is still there” which I was referring to how the blocks glitched and could be picked up but still appear infront of me so when I walked in you could see caves around you aka the term fake xray, I would also like to add as well when I asked staff about this and just told me it was a visual glitch and continue mining farther and farther (which didn’t work) so I continued but relogged since the fake xray is impossible to actually even use correctly.

Why do you want to come back: I finally got 1.19.3 to work at 60 frames and if I even thought about putting on a see through blocks wit lines on ores texture pack I’d literally crash, plus im trying to get big and be rich on the only well mannered SMP (since the rules are actually upheld to a high standard, lastly adding to this; if you guys don’t want to take my word for it I do apologize for this inconvenience which I never even used correctly, so as before im sorry and will take your server bug as my responsibility but I do feel as if you guys should screen-share others before banning players, Thank You for reading.

Why should you be unbanned (Why should we give you a second chance?): I should be unbanned because, without discord, I cannot communicate private things that I want to talk about with other people, orbecause here I can walk on #server-chat, or the one where u want stuff to buy, or trades, and this helps me make better trades, without spamming the chat

Why do you want to come back: i wanna come back because this discord server is the only one i'm on, and it helps me socialize, trade, and a lot of server based stuff

Why should you be unbanned (Why should we give you a second chance?): I would wanna be given a second chance because i understand that waiting is  important and patience aswell I'm sorry for bugging you in discord , i didn't understand that well at the time . It was night , and i was tired . I'll tell you that i didn't write the last appeal myself , and i'm very sorry.I understand that acting like staff is wrong , i tried it at thattime to make ensure theres no spam ,but now i know staff work behind the cameras.I understand that being annoying on intetion is a rule but sometimes i am not. 
Its just how i am bulid!I am sorry for harrasing staff members to unban me and hassling with ppl. 

Why do you want to come back: I want to comeback because i love this server so much! this server has a charm of its own. I made lots of friends here , and i don't wanna lose them . I got so far , and i don't wanna be banned that soon. Please reconsider my appeal , and answer to it
